Course access
Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course materials for the lifetime of the product, unless a different access period is stated on the relevant course page. Sharing your login credentials or redistributing course materials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
Pricing & payment
Course prices are displayed on the relevant sales page in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider at checkout. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; however, any change will not affect courses you have already purchased.
Refunds
We want you to feel confident about your purchase. Our refund policy is set out on each course sales page and in the information provided at checkout. Voice training outcomes depend on your individual practice, starting ability, and consistency. We make no guarantee of any specific result. Any timeframes mentioned refer to course duration, not guaranteed outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voice Power Coach is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or courses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.
